Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling: To avoid a late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost), please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. How to Modify Your Booking: 1. Log in to our website and click the dropdown menu (top right corner). 2. Select My Appointments. 3. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, you may request a new time directly. 4. If it is less than 24 hours before your service, the system will block changes, and a 50% fee may apply. For assistance, please email info@steinascottspa.com. We will respond within 24 hours during open spa hours. Spa Etiquette & Punctuality: -Arrival: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. Early arrivals may overlap with another guest’s private session. -Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to remain on time for subsequent guests.
