Important: Please arrive with clean, natural lashes. To respect our schedule and limited service time for all clients, lash or makeup removal is not included and will incur an additional charge. Need a removal? Please select the "Lash extension or cluster removal" add-on when booking to ensure we have enough time for your new set.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling: To avoid a late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost), please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. How to Modify Your Booking: 1. Log in to our website and click the dropdown menu (top right corner). 2. Select My Appointments. 3. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, you may request a new time directly. 4. If it is less than 24 hours before your service, the system will block changes, and a 50% fee may apply. For assistance, please email info@steinascottspa.com. We will respond within 24 hours during open spa hours. Payment & Outstanding Fees: Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before booking your next appointment. Spa Etiquette & Punctuality: -Arrival: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. Early arrivals may overlap with another guest’s private session. -Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to remain on time for subsequent guests.
